Working with the CEO and executive team, the vision and mission was updated as well as the the brand to better align with ARCOS SaaS customers' view of the company.  As VP of Marketing, Bohman developed a B2B strategic marketing plan to support revenue goals. Engaging content for a new website along with a sales kit, designed by Upward, was created. A successful lead generation program led to increased revenue. An Executive Summit, similar to a customer advisory board, was successfully executed.

Bohman Marketing was selected to lead the senior management team through strategic  marketing planning to clarify the business’s direction and to develop a strategic marketing plan. A new vision and mission were developed—focusing the firm in a healthcare niche. The company was re-named and targeted branding and messaging were developed to meet the needs of the healthcare industry.

New industry partnerships were forged and lead-generating webinar programs on electronic health records (EHR) were developed along with a new website, news articles and sales tools. Nexus was positioned as a ‘thought leader’ in its industry.​

Nationwide Insurance engaged Bohman Marketing to  develop and manage communications for cultural initiatives among IT employees in multiple geographic areas across the nation. An innovative communications strategy and plan was implemented to further engage enterprise software users with the IT team for user feedback and outstanding application support service. The solution included responding to user feedback with more concise and specific communication via IT Summits in multiple locations, SharePoint intranet communication, employee storytelling videos, articles, presentations, and internal social media. The initiative resulted in measurable positive feedback.

MT Business Technologies 

MT Business Technologies turned to Bohman Marketing for a B2B technology marketing plan to increase growth. 

We helped change the image of a three generation family-owned business from a tech hardware firm to a  ‘service and technology solutions' provider.  First, we conducted marketing research to determine customer and prospect expectations in the market.  A strategic plan was developed to better align with customer expectations.  Recommendations were made for increasing business with existing and new customers. Dynamic new sales materials, customer case studies, a website, exhibit display were created.
